PRODUCT MANAGER – RESPIRATORY CARE (RC)

Main Duties:
The National Product Manager for RC is expected to develop product marketing strategy, provide professional product support for customers and drive Sales & Service teams and Channel Partners to achieve Net Sales and Global Gross Profit targets for RC products in Indonesia.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or STEM majors (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the healthcare environment (i.e. operating rooms, intensive care, neonatal care
• Demonstrated leadership qualities driven by passion to excel in a customer-centric organization
• A strong team player with ability to work and in a collaborative environment and develop relationship with relevant stakeholders
• Ability to communicate and present to range of audiences
• Experience in product management and national campaign
• Familiarity with digital marketing, landscape, tools and lingo
• Exposure to hospital operations, BPJS and/or eKatalog processes
• Fluent in English and proficient use Ms. Office
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time

Role & Responsibilities:
• Responsible to develop and drive implementation of Country Marketing Plan and Strategy
• Preparing Marketing tools, Promotion materials and strategy
• Preparing Marketing and Promotion of the RC Product to internal and external customers presentation
• Present Marketing activities in join project and/or commercial meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing Event and Marketing activities for RC product
• Supporting Sales & Service, Channel Partners, and Customers to drive country Net Sales and customer satisfaction for the products
• Monitor and analyze customer needs, competition and market trends to provide input for the Global Product Marketing Plan and Strategy
• Maintain information on market trends, market and regulatory related issues as well as market intelligence in the segment of assigned products
• Keep oneself and company updated on product, competitor, clinical and relevant market issues to ensure overall competitive position in the market
• Foster collaboration and partnership with key customers and/or opinion leaders and/or other relevant bodies to ensure differentiation from competitors
